CLA's Position Statement on Open Access
The CLA recently released its new position statement on Open Access. CLA recommends that "that Canadian libraries of all types strongly support and encourage open access."

The Open Library
The Open Library - attempting to create a web page for every book ever published. Librarians are collaborating on the interface, the database infrastructure, and the bibliographic information.
